From the time I was a young girl I
wanted a wiener dog.
When I was in high school, my brother had a
girlfriend whose family owned a Dachsie. Her name was Dixie.
When
they went on vacation, we took care of Dixie
and it was then I knew I HAD to
have one.
I got married, moved out of Mom and Dad's
and got my first
Dachshund, Margo, in 1994.
Now I have 3!
