Meet Our Pets
We have 3 pet
Dachshunds
we'd love you to meet.
I was their first Dachshund and they
got me when they
lived in NC, in 1994.
I am fixed....no
puppies for me.
I had a scare with my back in 1998. My back
legs
became paralized. A few weeks later, I slowly
regained
use of them. The vet and friends told my mom to put
me down.
Mom's response was to build me
a wheelchair for my hind legs.
No way was she going to put Me down!
I continue to live
life to the fullest and,
"Oh, how I like the way they spoil me."
I came next
and my name is Romeo. Mom was so thrilled
to get a dapple. I came
to
my parents home in 1999 as a puppy.
I was such a pill. When I
went to my grandparents
for a visit, I pulled out my grandpa's
plants
from pots. I also chewed up the watering tubes my grandpa
had worked hard to put in just the right places
to water his plants in
the yard.
My grandpa wanted to kill me!
Now that I am older
and wiser I am no longer
so naughty; My grandpa and I get
along.
Update:I began trucking with my
daddy
April 2003. I really enjoy being on the road.
I even
have my own window!
My name is Marty. I am
deaf but I have no idea.
I've been deaf since birth so I don't know what I'm
missing.
I just got fixed recently. I love to lay with my mom
while
she watches TV or is on the computer.
Here
are some pics of the kids in there everyday
activity...sleeping!
They love
to burrow into clothes and blankets.
